How long does it take to activate my virtual office through the ProOffice?

Less than 24 hours after hiring one of our plans (except for fiscal address).

What services do I have at my disposal and what is the amount to be paid?

How do I receive my messages?

The urgent messages will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS (optional), phone, email, or wherever is most convenient.

When I'm in the office, can I use the phone and fax?

Yes, of course. Telephone, fax, internet and every structure in ProOffice pay per use system.

How are the phone calls and faxes sent billed?

We have software that controls all printing/fax/call services. We present a monthly report with all connections and services used, along with the invoice.

What is the ProOffice minimal time contract?

The minimal time for any of our services is at least 6 months. If you intend to stay in a period shorter than this talk about it with our team and we will find out a solution for you.

What are the opening hours?

The opening hours are from 8:00am to 9:00pm (Monday-Friday). In specific cases, we can open to our clientes on saturdays or sundays. The services provided after working hours (from 8:00am to 21:00pm Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm on Saturdays. In some cases we can open for clients saturday and sundays during the afternoon), will be charged following the price sheet.

And if I need anything outside this hours?

How does call forwarding work?

If a customer calls your number, the team ProOffice responds that will transfer the call and forwards it to your mobile phone, as if it was an extension of your company (or according to customers’ orientation).

How can I be sure that nobody else will have access to my data?

From our part will have all the secrecy and confidentiality in the treatment of your information, as well as their stay on our servers, as privacy statement firmed in contract.

What data should I mention in my business card?

After the conclusion of the contract, you will receive all the data so that you can insert them on your business card, material disclosure, in accordance with the plan you hired.
